We produce and export filter paper and filter paper folding machines. The folding height of filter paper is adjustable by changing folding rollers. This kind of machine is of roller type. It's equipped with automatic pre-splitter (for different folding width at the same time).folding system, electric (after) heater system, automatic counter system. According to customer's demands, main machine, supplement part (for transferring the paper) working platform, decoiler ( paper roll holder) can separately be ordered.
Note: 1. The folding height of filter paper is available: 8 - 60mm. Different folding height needs different folding rollers. One folding roller can do one folding height.This machine is equipped with one requested folding roller. If needed, more rollers can be ordered. The roller size in china normally used have 7 types, that is 48mm,45mm, 42mm, 36mm, 33mm,28mm, 11mm. 2.folding speed is adjustable: 8mm/min-40mm/min 3. The machine has electric ( after ) heater: output=2.6KW Temperature adjustable 0-250 C 4. This machine can be made as customer's requirements.
